Organization chart：the company divides into six department e.g. chemical technology, biotechnology, integrating technology, pharmaceuticals registration, finance, and administration departments. Size of the company ：the company possesses 50 employees for R & D, production, sales, and management work, among which 9 earned researcher and associate researcher titles and the other 80% got bachelor degrees and above. Equipped with leading labs and large devices on new drugs development, the company has it own chemical synthetic workshops, pharmaceutical materials base, and biological products base.
